PROJECTS JAN - MAR 2016

The new year and a new contract, bathroom refurbishments for High Peak Borough Council. The proposed refurbishment of over 60 bathrooms for Buxton based High Peak Council, is to include the strip out of the old suite, wall paper, tiles and flooring.
The installation of new bathroom suites including tiling, joinery, plastering, extract fans, lighting, showers, flooring and decorating. There are a number of properties where we will be making alterations to the internal structure by combining separate w.c's and bathrooms to make larger rooms.

A Private landlord contacted us to carry out some improvements for her on a newly acquired property. The work included the strip off of a terraced kitchen roof. The construction of a fire wall between the 2 properties. Then reinstallation of the tiles using a new breathable membrane.

Working alongside Staffordshire Housing on one of their schemes at Grindley Hill Court. The work involved a replacement boiler in the plant room. A new hot water heater. Then re-piping all of the main heating circuits to remove some problematic steel pipework.

An existing customer has us complete some vital maintenance work on there property to replace some deteriorated wooden cladding at the front of their property. The old wooden panelling was removed and the damaged insulation renewed. We installed some new upvc cladding to reduce maintenance costs in the future.
