A nice start to the year with this single storey rear extension. Due to ground conditions a raft footing was required. The extension houses a ground floor bedroom and walk in wetroom. Other work included Myson underfloor heating, lighting and external reinstatement. The customer decorated the extension themselves. ​

Major alterations and an extension to this detached property saw us create a large open planned living space with separate utility and cloak room. Work involved various amounts of steel work being installed to allow 4 external walls to be removed. A single storey extension was constructed to the rear and part of an existing extension altered to make one very large open plan sitting, dining kitchen area. The rest of the ground floor was also altered to make a second sitting room/office, a cloak room and utility room. A firestone flat room with lantern was installed along with the Wren Kitchen and final finishes. 

This rental property had been left in need of a full refurbishment. Work included new floors to the 1st floor, kitchen, bathroom, internal doors, skirtings, plastering, decoration, front and back doors and new fencing to the rear. ​

A single storey side extension to this customers property will now aid the needs of the owner by providing a ground floor wetroom.  Work included excavation of footings, block work, firestone flat roof, internal plastering, electrics, tiling, plumbing and decorating. We also arranged with the utility supplier for the incoming gas supply and meter to be relocated. All of the work was completed as per the customer supplied plans, specification and budget.  

This customer had us for the heating part of her project, we installed a Worcester Bosch boiler and Unvented hot water cylinder, giving the customer a 10 year warranty. ​

Another returning customer this time for a bathroom refurbishment. Work included repositioning the doorway, a new soil stack to be erected externally and underground connections. Followed by plastering, flooring, shower wall boards, installation of a new shower bath, screen, shower, vanity units and flooring. ​

This customer required their home adapting to aid in their daily living. The work was completed to convert the garage into a ground floor wetroom and utility area. The work was all completed working alongside building control. New walls were constructed to separate the garage and the wetroom.  The drainage was installed under the driveway and a new window fitted to give some natural light into the room. The walk in floor was laid with tiled walls and electric shower. The job was completed by decorating all effected areas.
