PROJECTS JUL - SEP 2016

We had previously completed a new boiler installation for this customer along with some other minor works on the property. They contacted us earlier in the year about a new kitchen. Working with Howdens we designed and installed a new kitchen. The work involved alterations to the electrics, tiling, new units and worktops. The flooring had already been upgraded to Karndean.

A new customer contacted us to help with some major alterations to there living room. Working with CPR Building Control we arranged the necessary structural engineers drawings and plans, as well as the Building Regulations completion certificate.
The work involved removal of the old fire and back boiler from the living room, replacing it for a Worcester Bosch Conventional boiler fitted in the loft. The heating and gas services were altered as necessary and the system upgraded to a fully thermostatically controlled setup.
Structural steelwork was then fitted which enabled us to completely remove the centrally installed chimney breast from the middle of the house. This opened up the ground floor living area. The electrical sockets were relocated and new skirting boards fitted to match the existing. The customer opted to complete the flooring and decoration works themselves.

The school holidays arrived which meant the start of a long planned kitchen upgrade at St Andrews Nursery could be carried out. Over the months leading up to the work we had planned various layouts, colours, styles and finishes with the committee. Giving them as much chose as possible in creating a better environment for the staff and children. The work involved stripping out the old kitchen. Alterations to the wiring for the new layout. Installation of a Polysafe floor. The installation of new base and wall units, with new worktops tiling and decorating.

A fire damaged property in Stoke required some immediate attention to make repairs before it could be rented. The work involved the stripping of the damaged wall paper. The replacement of the combination gas boiler. The installation of a new kitchen including tiling and flooring. A new composite back door was fitted and the property decorated.

We were successful in winning a tender for the partial refurbishment and modernisation of a detached bungalow for Staffordshire Housing. The work involved alterations to internal walls, dropping of ceilings for insulation to a flat roof. Constructing new stud walls. Electrical alterations. The renewal of the bathroom including tiling and flooring. The property was fully decorated and cleaned upon completion.
