PROJECTS JUL - SEP 2019
Another returning customer this time it was the kitchen that was due a make over. Working with the customer and Howdens to design a spacious and classy kitchen. The old kitchen was removed and the electrical services relocated to accommodate the new layout. The walls were plastered and the water services relocated. The Howdens kitchen and Vinyl click flooring was installed along with Caterham’s Black granite work tops.
Having already completed other projects for this customer it was now time for the family bathroom to receive a make over. This included the removal of the existing and the alterations to the water and electrical services. The walls were plastered and vinyl flooring installed followed by a unique and one off designed (by the customer) mural tile behind the bath. The large freestanding bath was installed which required a structural engineers report due to its size. The Vanity units, Led lighting and decorated walls finished the room off creating a real wow factor.
With the school holidays now upon us it was time for the months of planning to be put into action. This saw us working along side Seabridge Primary School and their specification for 4 blocks of girls and boys toilets to be refurbished. The work was under a time crunch and with other contractors carrying out other work within the school meant that everything needed to work to plan. With everyone working as a team and the hard work of our Project managers the project was completed on time and with great feedback from the school.
Work included the plastering of walls, construction of dividing walls. The installation of wall cladding and bespoke made vanity units. Finishing the project with antislip flooring and decorated walls.
It was time to update the external aesthetics of this property in Milton. Having completed other works for the customer it was now time to concentrate on the retaining wall. The old slabs were removed and a footing excavated, followed by the construction of a new retaining wall.
Having completed a large amount of electrical works at the remembrance Gardens last year we were called upon to complete a repair to the wall after a lorry had decided to help in remodelling the entrance. The effected wall was carefully demolished and the new wall and pillar constructed.
