Brenden Fern Ltd offers its clients a complete package service, including the liaison with Architects, Building regulation's Notices and  Planning. We guide you through the process step by step and offer advice to help create or remodel your property to give your desired results.
​From initial design, to foundations, brick work, to roof level and final fit and finish our in-house team have the knowledge, experience and ability to carry out all aspects of your project.

As with all other projects we do not take upfront payments or deposits for any work we carry out.  

​We are accredited with The Federation of Master Builders who conduct independent inspections on our work ensuring it meets the high levels of expectations and industry standards. In addition we are accredited with Firestone as an approved contractor to supply and fit rubber-roid flat roofing and Biokil Crown Dryzone for damp proof injection systems.
