The project started off with a very worn out property that we worked along side our architect and structural engineers to transform into a stunning family home.

The addition of a utility room and ground floor cloakroom makes this space perfect for families
Work involved the partial demolition of part of the building, allowing the side extension to be constructed.
This development in Scholar Green just goes to show what can be achieved by having a great vision.
