Brenden Fern Limited install and maintain Solar thermal flat panel collectors which are used in the indirect heating of hot water in domestic properties. We are Worcester Bosch accredited for the supply and install of their highly efficient systems.

Solar panels use the free power of the sun in both direct and diffused sunlight. Converting the energy into heat to produce hot water for the home. This heat can then be used to heat upto 60% of a homes annual hot water requirement free of charge.

The panels rely on heat absorption rather than direct sunlight so even on cloudy days they can provide significant energy savings.
They can be added to existing heating systems through a twin coil hot water cylinder and can be used with either open-vented or unvented pressurised cylinders. 

We are a Mitsubishi registered installation company. The heat pump comprises of an outdoor unit which supplies heat to either radiators or underfloor heating as well as hot water via an indirect hot water cylinder. The system uses electricity to run a compressor within the unit which turns cool external air into warm useable heat for the home owner.
